All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

**Important:** Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

### Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every device we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our return process works:

**30-Day Return Window**
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

**To start a return:**
1. Email support@lumisbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours (US orders only)
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any USPS location
4. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return

**Refund method:** Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

**Condition:** Items must be returned in original condition with all accessories included. We cannot accept returns on opened serums or gels.

**Exchanges:** Want a different product? We'll cover the shipping both ways for exchanges within 30 days.

Warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover physical damage from drops or misuse. To make a warranty claim, email support@lumisbeauty.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
