We want you to love your Lumis Beauty experience. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@lumisbeauty.us with your order number and reason for return

  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship it back using the return label we provide (US orders only)

  5. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective we'll send a free replacement immediately

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened serums, gels, or skincare products

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items not in original condition

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. Email hello@lumisbeauty.us within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty

  • All LED devices: 12 months

  • Lumis Pro 4-in-1 Device: 18 months

  • Serums & gels: 30-day satisfaction guarantee
