**How long until I see results?**
Most customers notice brighter, more even skin tone within 2–3 weeks of consistent use. For firming and wrinkle reduction, the most significant results appear at 6–8 weeks. Results vary based on skin type, age, and consistency of use.

**How often should I use my device?**
- LED masks: 3–5 times per week, 10–20 minutes per session
- EMS wands: Daily use for the first 60 days, then 3–4x per week for maintenance
- RF devices: 3–4 times per week, 10–15 minutes per session

**Are these devices safe?**
Yes. All Lumis devices are CE and FCC certified. Our LED devices use wavelengths clinically proven safe for home use. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have implanted electronic devices (pacemakers), consult your doctor before use.

**Do the devices work on all skin tones?**
Yes. LED light therapy and microcurrent work effectively across all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI). RF devices are suitable for skin types I–IV; those with deeper skin tones (V–VI) should start on the lowest intensity setting.

**Can I use multiple devices together?**
Absolutely — in fact, we recommend it. The ideal routine is: cleanse with the Sonic Cleanse → apply Radiance Serum → use LED mask → apply Conductive Gel → use EMS wand or RF device. This layered approach maximizes results.

**What is your return policy?**
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@lumisbeauty.com for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is free for US customers.

**How long do devices last?**
All Lumis devices are built for long-term use. LED masks are rated for 50,000+ hours of LED life (roughly 15+ years of daily use). All devices come with a 12-month warranty (18 months on the Pro 4-in-1).

**My device isn't charging. What do I do?**
Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter first — many issues are cable-related. If the problem persists, email support@lumisbeauty.com with your order number and a photo. We'll ship a replacement within 3 business days.

**Do you ship internationally?**
Currently we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International orders ship within 10–15 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

**Are your products cruelty-free?**
Yes. Lumis Beauty does not test on animals. Our serums and gels are vegan-formulated.
